How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are packed and sent within 24 hours of receiving your cleared payment.  Items to destinations within Australia are posted in Australia Post Pre Paid satchels which can take between 2 business days to 5 business days to arrive at their destination, approximately.

How much will the postage cost?

All items are shipped in Australia using Australian Post Pre Paid satchels and are charged as follows:

up to 500 grams - $5.95 (generally a couple of tops or singlets) over 500 grams - $9.95 (multiple items and most sleep wear)

Our website will automatically confirm the postage cost before you confirm your order

Can I return unsuitable items?

Of course, we are happy to exchange any items which are unsuitable or do not fit provided they are returned unused and in the original packaging within 28 days.  As the purchaser you are responsible for covering the postage cost to return the item to us and for the cost of us sending a replacement item back to you.
Refunds are not offered unless the item is faulty.
For any exchanges please contact us and we will advise of how the item can be returned.

What happens if the item I order is not in stock?
We try and update our site as soon as items are sold out however in the unfortunately even that the item you order is not in stock you will be contacted with an estimated delivery date or if you prefer you can have a full refund for any items you have paid for.

Can I collect my items?
Almost Mum is an online store only so unfortunately collection of items is not possible.  By not having a shop front this enables us to keep our overheads low and offer you the best possible price.

Can you deliver overseas?
Most certainly many of our customers are from overseas, Almost Mum can ship just about anywhere in the world.  Our website will automatically calculate the postage costs to any destination anywhere in the world and you can choose from sea mail or air mail.  Please be aware of any customs requirements of the country you are shipping to and note that Almost Mum cannot be held responsible for any items retained by customers due to restrictions in place in particular countries.

How can I pay?
You can choose to pay by paypal using your credit card or by direct deposit into our bank account.  If you choose the bank deposit option our account details will be displayed during the checkout.

What if my item is lost in the post?
Should you be at all concerned about your item getting lost in the post we can send your items registered post.  Just contact us and we will advise you how much this will cost.

How do I order online?

Step 1 - Select the items you wish to purchase by browsing through our online catalogue

Step 2 - Click "Add to Cart" to place items in your shopping cart

Step 3 - You will then be asked to select the colour and size of the item and confirm by clicking "Add to Cart"

Step 4- Select "continue shopping" to purchase any additional items using the same process or "checkout" to finalise your order

Step 5 - You will then be promted to open an Almost Mum account or log into an existing account

Step 6 - You will be asked to confirm the postal address for your order, be given a confirmation of the postage cost and asked to select your payment method.  For paypal payments you will be taken automatically to the paypal webiste to process your payment and for bank deposit payments our bank account details will be displayed on screen.
